Statute of the ARTED

Association of Research-Based Medical Technology Manufacturers (ARTED) is the fundamental document governing the Association’s purpose, scope of activities, membership requirements, organizational structure, as well as the duties, powers, and operating procedures of its governing bodies.The Constitution provides the framework for ARTED to operate in the field of medical devices and medical technologies in an ethical, transparent, and sustainable manner, in compliance with applicable national and international regulations, while upholding high ethical standards in its relationships with members and stakeholders. All activities of the ARTED are conducted in accordance with the principles and rules set forth in the Constitution.
