ARTED Guide to Compliance with Competition Law

The Association of Research-Based Medical Technologies Manufacturers (ARTED) is committed to compliance with competition law and ethical business practices in all its activities.

The ARTED Guide to Compliance with Competition Law sets out the fundamental rules and responsibilities that our members must observe in activities conducted under the auspices of the association and in their interactions with one another. The Guide aims to raise awareness of competition law and promote a culture of compliance in association meetings, working groups and other joint activities.
