The March meeting of ARTED Ethics Working Group is held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 with the valuable participation of Ethics Working Group sponsor and also ARTED Member of the Board Umut G\u00f6kalp and Managing Associate from G\u00fcn + Partners in Crowne Plaza Oryapark, Umraniye. Our meeting, where the following topics were also evaluated under the main topic of “Practice Trends on Personal Data Protection Law – KVKK” was very productive.<\/p>\n

  1. Relevant person applications and things to be considered while answering the applications<\/li>\n
  2. Approach of the Personal Data Protection Board regarding data breaches<\/li>\n
  3. Applications to be made against the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board and the approaches of the courts<\/li>\n
  4. Evaluation of the draft law amendment in terms of health and medical device industry<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We will continue to work to maintain a successful term with the valuable contributions of working group members.<\/p>\n
